Dear Bill Clinton,
I cannot refer to you as President because the President represents the highest office in the land and therefore should be the example-setter. What you have done has darkened the position you hold,and, for lack of a better description, your "charm" has put the Constitution in tatters.
We are a nation of laws - not of "majority" opinion or polls. For you to remain in office is a travesty and shameful disgrace!
