Dear Honorable Members of Congress,

I am writing this letter to express my opinion about the way the political system is handling the investigation of our president. From where I sit, it is obvious to me that the agenda behind this investigation is to discredit and embarrass the president. As far as I am concerned, Miss Lewinsky was not forced into this situation. Second, this is none of my business and quite frankly I really do not want to know what happened between these two people. I think that enough time and resources have been spent on this irrelevant issue. I really would like to see an end to this Kangaroo Court. Mr. Clinton has done an excellent job and continues to do so. Please do not take my opinion lightly as I am not the only one that feels the same way.

I am a registered nurse in a rural area, and when I think of all the money that has been spent on this witchhunt, it really angers me. I would rather see that kind of money and time and effort devoted to the problems related to the health of our people. Think of what that $45 million plus dollars would have bought in terms of medication so badly needed by our elders who cannot afford many of the medications prescribed by their physicians. I think the Republicans have done enough damage to our country and it is time to stop.
