Open Letters to The American People

Dear Anyone,

My name is Michelle and I am a 32 year-old woman who doesn't have a very good opinion on some men to begin with. I was married to a man who physically and mentally abused me on a regular basis for 10 years. But, hey if I can get over it, you should be able to get over what the President has done. Monica was not forced to do anything she didn't want to do. Yes, the President did perjure himself. But if you look at our court system and see what price others have had to pay for perjuring themselves you will see that most of the time those who perjure themselves do not lose their jobs. Let's get real. If Mrs. Clinton can get over it, why can't Congress? We are at WAR and all Congress can do is try to make things more difficult for us than need be. I was always under the impression that Congress needs to listen to the people of this country. But this is clearly not what is happening. Congress has taken it upon itself to impeach the President, even though the majority of the people of this country have said that they do not want to go ahead with it. What ever happened to our voice in the way our country should be governed?

Michelle
