It seems as if the media have been consumed with news about Clinton, Lewinsky, Starr and Congress since January.

Some people feel that the media have been covering the issues that are important to them. Others feel that the media are so consumed by this issue that they're neglecting other far more important issues. Still others feel that the media should be focused on this event, but covering other aspects of it.

What do you want the media to be talking about and why is that important to you? Again, please be sure to discuss its importance to you.

Strong feelings and strong opinions are welcome, but please make it clear why you feel the way you do. Who are you? What perspective do you bring to this issue? And don't be afraid to express mixed feelings.

We are looking for short pieces, around 500 words, but feel free to write only a few sentences if that's all you need. Every submission will be read and some will be selected and posted here.

(Note: Your name will appear with your submission if it is used. If you want to remain anonymous, please let us know at the head of your submission. However, we will still need your real name and email address so we can contact you. Wherever possible we will post submissions as written, but we may occasionally edit for length or clarity.)
